Royal Junk Removal

NO HIDDEN FEES!

With Royal Junk Removal there are NO hidden fees! Our truck beds are 16 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet high. Standard rates are based on volume and are set at fractions of a truck load (see chart below). The rates include loading*, dump fees, and cleanup.

THE PRICE WE QUOTE, IS THE PRICE YOU PAY!

When our professional and Qualified Team member arrives onsite and provides you with a price quote, you can rest assure that before the job is started or finished that you will ONLY pay what we promised!

WHAT IF YOUR LOAD IS LESS OR MORE THAN QUOTED?

IF our Team member provides a quote for a half truck load and we discover it to be a full truck load you still ONLY pay the half truck load.

This also applies to a full truck load quote that turns out to only be half a truck, you will ALWAYS pay the half truck price!

BEDLOAD SYSTEM FOR HEAVY LOADS

Junk removal trucks have Gross Vehicle Weights (GVW) which limit the amount of dirt, rock, plaster, and other heavy material that can be loaded on our trucks. These materials can only be loaded one foot high across the twelve by eight foot dimensions of our trucks (Bedload) in order to stay within the GVW. Due to the price per ton we pay for disposal and extra labor typically required for loading heavy debris, a different\ rate structure applies to Bedloads. Please view the following chart:

To help you understand how much junk we are able to remove with each fraction of a truck, please use the following as visual references: Couch=2 cubic yards, standard stove=1 cubic yard, twin mattress=.5 cubic yard, small file cabinet=.25 cubic yard.

ALL OTHER SERVICES

All other service prices will be determined onsite, when a team member arrives, based on job type and specifications. you will receive a free estimate and if you have any questions please call us so that one of our friendly team members can help to assist you pricing your project.

And remember, the price we quote is the price you pay.
